A.R.S. § 13-1210 — Surreptitiously Administering a Substance
Under A.R.S. § 13-1210, it is unlawful to intentionally administer an intoxicating liquor, narcotic drug, dangerous drug, or other substance to another person without that person’s knowledge.
Penalties
Class 6 felony. When committed to facilitate another crime, additional charges and enhanced penalties may apply.
