A.R.S. § 13-1209 — Drive-By Shooting
Under A.R.S. § 13-1209, a person commits drive-by shooting by intentionally discharging a weapon from a motor vehicle at a person, another occupied vehicle, or an occupied structure.
Penalties
Class 2 felony, automatically classified as a dangerous offense with mandatory prison time. Presumptive sentence of 7 years with a range of 4 to 10 years.
