Public Sexual Indecency

Under A.R.S. § 13-1403, a person commits public sexual indecency by intentionally or knowingly engaging in sexual contact, oral sexual contact, sexual intercourse, or bestiality in the presence of another person with reckless disregard.

Penalties

Class 1 misdemeanor. Class 5 felony if committed in the presence of a person under fifteen.
