Molestation of a Child

Under A.R.S. § 13-1410, a person commits molestation of a child by intentionally or knowingly engaging in sexual contact with a child under fifteen.

Penalties

Class 2 felony, classified as a dangerous crime against children. Presumptive sentence of 17 years in a range of 10 to 24 years. No eligibility for probation or early release. Lifetime sex offender registration required.
