Sexual Abuse

Under A.R.S. § 13-1404, a person commits sexual abuse by intentionally or knowingly engaging in sexual contact with any person fifteen or older without consent, or with any person under fifteen if the contact involves only the female breast.

Penalties

Class 5 felony. May be punishable as a dangerous crime against children with enhanced mandatory prison terms if the victim is under fifteen.
