A.R.S. § 13-1307 — Sex Trafficking


Under A.R.S. § 13-1307, a person commits sex trafficking by knowingly trafficking another person with the intent or knowledge that the person will be caused to engage in prostitution or sexually explicit performance by force, fraud, or coercion.

Penalties

Class 2 felony. If the victim is under fifteen, enhanced mandatory sentences and lifetime sex offender registration apply.
