Indecent Exposure

Under A.R.S. § 13-1402, a person commits indecent exposure by exposing genitals or anus when another person is present, with reckless disregard about whether the other person would be offended or alarmed.

Penalties

Class 1 misdemeanor. Class 6 felony if the victim is under fifteen.
