Trafficking of Persons
A.R.S. § 13-1308 — Trafficking of Persons for Forced Labor or Services
Under A.R.S. § 13-1308, a person commits trafficking of persons by knowingly trafficking another person with the intent or knowledge that the person will be subjected to forced labor or services through force, fraud, or coercion.
Penalties
Class 2 felony with substantial prison terms. Courts may also order restitution.
